Chef’s soup of the day
Enjoy a bowl of hearty home-made soup served with home-made brown bread
Chicken and Wild Mushroom A La Crème
Sautéed chicken and mushroom in a garlic and white wine sauce served with puff pastry and rocket leaves
Finger Lickin Chicken Wings
Fresh chicken wings coated in a smoky bbq sauce served with a castle blue cheese dip and crunchy celery sticks
Golden Fried Bacon and Cabbage Balls
Served with a pickled rocket salad and velvet parsley sauce
Crocket’s Baked Stuffed Mushroom Flats
Topped with smoky bacon, herb stuffing and mozzarella cheese

Braised Short Beef Ribs
Served with rustic root vegetables and parsley whipped potatoes
Roast Stuffed Turkey and Ham
Served with a cranberry and herb stuffing and homemade gravy
Pan Fried Fillets of Baked Cod
Served with wok fried fennel, julienne of red peppers, baby potatoes and a mussel and tarragon cream sauce
Thai Red Chicken Curry
A classic Thai red Curry with tender cooked chicken, fresh spices and Asian vegetables and served with scented wild black basmati rice and garnished with a poppadum
Pappardelle Vegetarian
Freshly cut stir fry vegetables flamed with a vodka and chilli and served with a fresh tomato and basil sauce tossed with sun dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, rocket leaves and pappardelle pasta and served with a rustic garlic bread
